Because COCORO Music products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once access to the product has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact support and we will help resolve the issue.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed for digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
